We’ve traveled the world, but every once in a while we crave the comfort of familiar flavors—think juicy burgers or flavorful tacos.
Our chef, Paul, is French-born and raised in New York City, bringing together European finesse and American soul on every plate. He specializes in crafting delicious American-style dishes using 100% local ingredients sourced from the Gerrei region of Sardinia.
Our Home Restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:30 giving us at least 24hrs notice. Menu at €25 a person, includes appetizer, main course + 2 sides and a dessert, coffee and a drink.
Sides include our classic Caesar salad, coleslaw and crispy Polo-potatoes. Our main meal includes a delicious cheeseburger or pulled pork sandwich. We sometimes also offer mouthwatering Tex-Mex–style tacos and Southern fried chicken. And don’t miss dessert—Paul makes what many say are the ‘best Nutella crêpes in all of Sardinia‘!
